Prices are in US dollars per enrolled student, before tax; tax is calculated at checkout. Paying yearly is the best rate; half-yearly costs 8% more and quarterly 15% more. Custom development, migration, training and SMS are quoted separately.

How is pricing calculated?
There is one plan, Essentials, priced per enrolled student per month ($1.50 when you pay yearly) and sold in blocks of 100 students: 100, 200, 300 and so on, with a minimum of 100. You can pay yearly (the best rate), half-yearly (8% more) or quarterly (15% more). Tax is added at checkout. Use the builder on this page to see the exact price for your school, then continue to the cart. For more than 5,000 students or a group of schools, talk to us.
Can I try it before I buy?
Book a live demo and we will walk you through a fully populated sample school — students, timetable, fees, buses, library and payroll — so you can see every workspace with realistic data before you decide.
What if I need something that isn't included?
Tell us. Tell us. Custom development is quoted separately as a fixed price after a discovery call.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
The subscription price covers the platform and email support. Optional services — data migration, on-site training, SMS credits, extra storage and integrations — are quoted separately and only if you want them.
Which currencies do you accept?
Prices are set and charged in US dollars. Invoicing in your own currency can be agreed for yearly contracts; ask us.
What is included?
Every module. Each school is set up with all of them, and your administrator can tidy which ones appear for staff. Growing from 100 to 200 students changes the size of your subscription, not what you can use, and your data stays exactly where it is.
Can I change the number of students later?
Yes. Contact us to move to a larger block of students as your school grows; your data and configuration carry over with no re-implementation.
Do you offer regional or non-profit pricing?
We want Schoolhouse to work for schools of every size and budget. Tell us about your school and we will put together a fair proposal, including regional and non-profit pricing where it applies.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is yours. We will help you take a complete copy with you, and delete what remains on our systems when you ask.
